ReplySeq is a drafting assistant. It suggests reply text for messages you receive on WhatsApp Web. You — the user — are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any message. ReplySeq does not send messages on your behalf.

AI-drafted replies may contain errors, wrong prices, wrong timings, or phrasing you would not have chosen. You must review every draft before sending. SeqOrbit is not liable for the content of any message you choose to send to your customers.

You agree not to use ReplySeq for spam, harassment, deception, or any activity that violates WhatsApp's own Terms of Service or applicable law. Misuse may result in loss of access to the extension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeqOrbit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of ReplySeq.

SeqOrbit may update ReplySeq, its features, or these terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will provide notice via the extension or this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
